Fuel & Energy

One log for what keeps the fleet moving — gas fill-ups and battery charging sessions, with cost totals per view. Find it under Fuel & Energy in the sidebar (administrators can switch the module on or off in Settings).

Logging a fill-up or a charge

Two tabs, one habit: Fuel History records gallons, Charging History records kWh. An entry is a unit, a date, and whatever you know — the quantity, the cost, or both (at least one is required). Add the station or charger and a note if it's worth remembering. Typos are cheap to fix: anyone can edit an entry; deleting one is administrator-only.

Reading the numbers

The totals row covers whatever you're looking at — filter to one unit and it becomes that unit's story:

• Entries and total quantity (gallons or kWh).
• Total cost for the view.
• Average $ per unit — cost divided by quantity, your running price per gallon or per kWh.

A mixed fleet works naturally: gas units live on one tab, electric on the other, and the unit filter works on both.
