Reports

Everything in OnLot comes back out. Reports in the sidebar is a library of runnable reports — click one and the file downloads.

The library

Reports are cards, grouped by category — fleet, rentals, customers, and the modules you have switched on — with a category rail and counts down the side and search across the top. Each card says what the report contains; most run as CSV (opens in any spreadsheet), and several also offer PDF for printing or forwarding.

The library follows your workspace: reports for a module you've switched off don't appear, and report names use your terminology — if your units are "carts," the report says carts.

Favorites

Star the reports you run every week and they pin to a Favorites row at the top. Favorites are per person — your Monday-morning three don't have to be anyone else's.

What's in there

A sampling: the full fleet list with status, current rentals and who has what, overdue rentals, complete rental history, the customer list, open and historical tickets, reservations, and parts inventory with per-location stock. Administrators also get the audit log export — every significant action in the workspace, who and when.

Your data is yours

There's no export fee, no request form, no waiting. If your accountant wants the rental history or an insurer wants the fleet list, it's two clicks — and if you ever leave OnLot, this page is how you take everything with you.
